I could not find where to refresh the repo. Restart XBMC after setting up the add-on and then you can install the skin and set it up. Can you SSH into your Pi? Once you've done that, can you upload your XBMC log here, maybe it will give us some sort of indication of what's going on when you try to install the add-on.
