Assuming you have done installing USB driver and X-CTU, and the USB of SKXBee is plug in properly, you should see the POWER LED on SKXBee ON. Use Ctrl printscreen to capture the complete screen, then post exact errors if you still can't get it going. Is there a non-medical name for the curve where index finger and thumb meet? Is that normal?? I am concerned that these modules can become ZomBees at all.
