Somehow my VMNet adapters IPV4 settings got changed. Maybe DHCP server is trying to match up IP Request with MAC address and since my virtual mac address is not in the dhcp server it is refusing to reply. They monkeyed with the network settings for the VM and changed some settings for the VMWare Virtual Networks (I missed seeing what they changed, but the results are in the 3 I connect my laptop to this network only.
