We Were Unable To Decrypt The Certificate Id. Wordpress

I would like the donate buttons on our site to link to a paypal page that is somehow a sub-page of our fiscal sponsor's page. Or because the certificates you have uploaded to your PayPal account are incorrect - but I can't verify that. The button on the website does not work. This can be done in your web browser's settings area. I've got everything set up for the sandbox but whenever I click on "buy now" or "add to cart" I get the following error at paypal "We were unable to decrypt I copied and pasted directly from the paypal website the code for the button, but when I looked carefully, after I had pasted the code into my wordpress html editor area, I solved it, but can't remember what I did to fix the problem.
